“E’ da un po’ che ci penso… Vorrei aprire un locale, non il solito locale… Un wine bar che sia anche un salotto, un luogo dove gli amici che si incontrano possano ritrovarsi in un ambiente familiare ed accogliente.” Con questo desiderio, lo scorso inverno, e’ nata l’idea di Quando Posso… “Quando posso, apro…” Tutto fresco, di qualità. Cose semplici ma curate con amore e passione. I nostri clienti sono nostri amici. Ed e’ cosi’ che siamo partiti per questo nuovo viaggio…

 Verificata A taste of the real Italy We are on a family holiday in Italy and this restaurant bar was recommended by the villa owners. We had a brilliant meal and drinks. So, firstly I will tell you what is wrong with this restaurant, bar , bistro - NOTHING - IT WAS PERFECT- AND FAMILY FRIENDLY. Don’t worry about a menu, you will be offered a selection of home cooked food based on what is in season at the time of year / month/day that is in season. The wines and spirits were all excellent with soft drinks for children. Of all the restaurants we have eaten in during our 3 week stay in Italy this was the best food we had. I now know what fresh mozzarella tastes like (amazing). Michael (hope I got the spelling right) is the most congenial and convivial of hosts ( a big film buff - as the wall posters will attest). In summary I think we found that rarest of things, a little piece of the real Italy.

 Verificata Absolutely worth trying! Open only on weekends. Well furnished with a parachute at the entrance that fills the vault, I think it is, lots of movie posters on the walls and curious things. NN exists menu as the manager explains us is shopped Friday and Saturday and cooks what he finds fresh. I already like this because there is a little 'surprise effect. he brought us a gin to open the dances, a chicken fry, meatballs, vegetables, delicious arancini, I focaccia delicious with many cold cuts on top, raw fennel Bologna, and my children took a GIANT hamburger with special bread made on purpose. All fresh and great , ATTENTION only to ask before , if anything the ingredients because for example in the giant sandwich there was the world, aubergines zucchini green beans balsamic vinegar a thousand sauces... Better to ask to avoid maybe ingredients nn welcome. Because my daughter had filled up with frying, they made me take her almost whole sandwich home in the bag. If you taste everything is a place that I highly recommend and also a every case the manager finds something you like classic, it also has fresh buffalo mozzarella. Ah .... ci ha anche portato sempre di sua iniziativa un cocktail molto apprezzato! I spent the right not dear, you will not regret going there!

 Verificata The ideal meeting place! What can I say... Quando can is the heart, or rather, the heartbeat of Civitella D Agliano! Michele and Donatella are hosts who know how to make you feel part of a community even if you are a "foreigner". After the first evening we returned every evening of our stay in Civitella. A must for those who want to feel at home despite not being at home!! Highly recommended not only for the authenticity of the dishes but also for the warm welcome and the family atmosphere!

Ci tornerò Il giudizio è tutto merito del gestore, perché alla buona qualità del cibo e del vino mette la passione della scelta di aprire un locale che lavora solo il venerdì e sabato e non ha come obiettivo il lucro. Maestro di superalcolici, con i quali ti accoglie, lo abbiamo scelto trovandoci per caso a Civitella Agliani. Una casualità che in futuro diverrà una meritevole tappa per una scampagnata.

 Verificata Ottimo You cannot visit Civitella D’Agliano without visiting Quando Posso at least once. An exceptional welcome from Michele and Donnatella awaits all who visit Quando Posso. The food, wine and service are amazing. The hamburgers are all homemade and incredible. They also cater for gluten free and their pizzas are delicious. Michele is a great host and will keep the drinks flowing all night, with a few extra shots thrown in which get stronger as the night goes on. Michele has a great knowledge of local wines and will recommend the perfect wine for your meal. We had two fabulous nights there and Michele invited us to join him for a farewell drink on our last night in Civitella. Thanks for great time and entertaining us. Grazie Mille Stefano e Helena

 Verificata Buona la seconda! E niente, nessuna sorpresa: anche nella nuova location tutto è rimasto come prima... per fortuna! stessa altissima qualità, stessa abbondanza (!) nelle porzioni, stessa professionalità e cortesia. Stavolta oltre al nostro (Eugenio e Rossella) si aggiunge il giudizio (sempre 5 stelle) di nostra figlia Sofia. Abbiamo gustato un'ottima burrata e tre hamburger. Siamo tornati a casa con una bella "doggy bag"! Torneremo presto anche per visitare meglio la cittadina - Civitella d'Agliano - che di certo merita una visita non frettolosa.
